Are you a . Net Developer or . Net Consultant looking for new challenges and work in a fast-paced business casual environment? This is an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking to expand their experience and serve a role of an in-house IT consultant in a fast growing company. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of development analysis, design, architecture, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of a high quality custom-made web-based application which was originally built in 2002. It is used for corporate daily operations and by our different user groups and clients in the U. S and 50+ countries. You will also recommend system processes, strategies, and opportunities for technical solutions based on the analysis of corporate strategic goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems. You will interact with various internal business units and our customers and report directly to the Director of Systems Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of developing experience in ASP.NET 2.0 (and newer), classic ASP, VB.NET, VBSCRIPT, XML, AJAX, HTML, CSS
- 2+ years of professional experience using MS-SQL Server 2000 (and newer) to include development of stored procedures
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science
Account Manager, International Programs

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking to expand their experience and grow within a company. The Account Manager provides support to the daily coordination and communications of AAG's largest, national account who employ international exchange program participants on a J-1 Work & Travel, J-1 Intern/Trainee, and or H-2B seasonal work visa. The Account Manager will work with the on-site Human Resources professionals to ensure all employee/employer relationships run smoothly. In addition, as the Account Manager will work with multiple properties to answer questions related to program rules, assist with any aspect of the program participants' experience in conjunction with the Corporate Support Services Manager, local coordinators and Human Resources staff at each property.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor's degree
- Must be extremely detailed orientated and organized
- Efficient time management skills
- Ability to work under time constraints and strict deadlines
- Effective communications skills, written and oral
- Takes initiative in finding solutions
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel domestically as needed
- Experience with multiple cultures and traveling preferred
- Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as database management
- Human Resources experience or education preferred
