Eligibility

You may be eligible for this program if you:

  • Are between 18 and 29 years old
  • Student or recent graduate (within one year) of Gastronomy, Tourism, or Hospitality
  • You must have proof of funds of at least €900 if your program is 3 months, or €1,800 if it is 6 months, to ensure coverage of your expenses during your stay.

It is an opportunity for students and young professionals in the fields of gastronomy and hospitality who wish to complete professional internships in renowned hotels and restaurants across Spain. The aim is to gain international experience, enhance skills, and immerse in Spanish culture and cuisine.

Students and recent graduates from programs related to gastronomy, hospitality, tourism, or food and beverage management may apply. Spanish language proficiency is required, and English is considered an asset.

The duration ranges from 3 to 6 months, depending on the participant’s availability and the host establishment’s requirements. The average length is 6 months, but it is possible to stay for up to one full year.

  • Accommodation and meals during working hours provided by the host establishment.

  • Monthly stipend (depending on the position and company).

  • Submission of documentation to Immigration handled by our legal team.

  • Visa assistance.

  • Comprehensive health insurance.

  • Ongoing support and monitoring throughout the internship.

  • Be between 18 and 30 years old (depending on visa requirements).

  • Hold a valid passport.

  • Have completed higher education studies related to the sector (within the last 18 months; non-degree programs are not eligible).

  • Demonstrate commitment and responsibility to complete the program.

Yes, a program fee is required to cover administrative and placement costs. Visa expenses, document authentication/legalization, and airfare are the participant’s responsibility.

 

Depending on the candidate’s profile and experience, positions may include:

  • Kitchen assistant

  • Food and beverage service assistant

  • Receptionist or front desk staff (for hospitality roles)

The establishments are located in various cities and tourist areas in Spain, such as the Canary Islands, Galicia, Andalusia, Madrid, Catalonia, and other destinations.
