Current H-2B visa holders in the USA have the possibility to extend their stay under certain conditions. If approved, this extension will enable you to remain employed in the country for an additional period of time.

Fees &
Eligibility
There is no program fee to participate in the H-2B program.
To be eligible, you must:
- Currently on a valid H-2B visa in the USA, not on your 3rd year’s extension
- Legally working in the USA
- Available to start working from November 2023
- I-94 expiring from the end of October 2023
