Launched in 2019 with just five staff members, the Cape Town office has expanded to a robust team of nearly 50 dedicated professionals.
Over the past five years, the South African hub has evolved from providing administrative support for the Summer Work and Travel program in the USA to becoming a comprehensive global service center. Today, the team boasts specialists in digital sales, program applications, document collection, visa processing, and in-country support. Their efforts are pivotal in successfully supporting nearly 15,000 annual participants in cultural exchange programs across the USA, Spain, and Australia.
The Cape Town team not only contributes to global operations but also actively embodies the core values of Alliance Strategies through regular participation in local volunteer and charitable activities. This commitment enhances the community and reinforces the positive impact of the hub on a local and global scale.
