To be eligible for the UAE Professional Placement Program, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written
  • Minimum high school qualification required; a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts is highly preferred
  • At least two years of professional experience in the hospitality industry
  • Well-presented appearance, with adherence to professional grooming standards

Step 1

Initial Vetting

Applicants begin by submitting an online application and uploading their latest CV. Our team reviews each application to determine eligibility, inviting suitable candidates to a consultation while guiding others toward alternative programs if applicable.

Step 2

Interview Consultation


Eligible candidates complete a brief 15-minute profiling call, during which the program structure, requirements, and next steps are clearly explained.

Step 3

Documentation Submission

Candidates are then asked to upload required documents, including passport details, a resume, academic certificates, and professional reference letters.

Step 4

Employer Interview

Alliance Abroad provides interview guidance before scheduling a virtual or in-person interview with the employer. Results are communicated after the interview is completed.

Step 5

Visa Processing & Relocation

Successful applicants proceed with contract signing, visa processing, and pre-departure preparation. Flights are arranged by the employer, and upon arrival in the UAE, participants receive their Emirates ID and begin their professional placement.

The program duration varies depending on the employer and role, but it is a fixed-term placement. Exact dates will be provided once your placement is confirmed. Minimum of 12 months.
