Culinary Talent
Recruiting experienced and committed chefs is a specialized niche in the luxury hotel and casual, upscale, and fine-dining restaurant industry. Our expert team has successfully secured prestigious positions for executive chefs, head chefs, pastry chefs, and Commis chefs in the global hospitality sector.

Programs
Culinary Interns & Trainees -
6-12 months
The Trainee Program focuses on recent culinary graduates who bring more significant prior work experience, many of whom have previously been on a J1 program in the USA and have obtained great experience working in five-star hotels and resorts across the country. Trainees are typically Commis 3 or Cooks who have at least 2 years' experience and can be hired for a Commis 3 role.
Candidates are offered a 6 to 12-month placements.
Our Candidates are typically:
• 18-27 Years of age
• Recently graduated (within the last 24 months)
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree
• Intermediate/conversational English
Culinary Professionals -
Min. 12 Months
Not only will you acquire exceptional and committed team members, but you will also play an important role in facilitating a unique career development opportunity in the UAE and help propel your hires to the next level within your company.
Our Candidates are typically:
• From Commis 1, up to and including Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience (5-star, luxury, high-end restaurants, casual fine dining restaurants and hotels).
• Intermediate to advanced English level
