If you are legally married and your children are under 21 years old, they can go with you with the TN visa extension (TD). Your children can live and study legally in the USA and your spouse can only be legally living in the USA during their visa period. It is important to consider that your family can start the TD visa process only when your TN visa is approved. That means that your family will be able to join you 2-3 months after you arrive in the USA.
