Partner with Alliance Abroad to streamline J-1 visa sponsorship, enhance client outcomes, and save valuable time and resources.

For over 35 years, Alliance Abroad has been a trusted partner for U.S. employers and a leading J-1 visa sponsor, helping organizations navigate the complexities of international hiring.

We partner with immigration lawyers and law firms to simplify the J-1 visa process, enhance client services, and deliver seamless, compliant experiences for international candidates.

Our experienced team supports the design, documentation, and implementation of internship and training programs, helping you add value to your practice, save time, and better serve clients seeking global professional opportunities.

How The Process Works

1. Consultation
We begin with a brief consultation to understand your client’s business needs and the international candidate they’re hoping to bring on board. We’ll assess the candidate’s eligibility for a J-1 visa and advise on the most appropriate program based on the role, field, and level of experience.

2. Application Preparation
Our team helps organize and review all required documents, ensuring every detail complies with U.S. Department of State regulations — saving you time and reducing risk.

3. Application Review and Approval
Once the application is complete, our experienced team conducts a thorough review to ensure accuracy and compliance. We maintain some of the fastest turnaround times in the industry.

4. DS-2019 Issuance
After approval, we issue the DS-2019 Certificate of Eligibility and provide guidance on the consular process.

5. Ongoing Support
Even after the visa is issued, our support continues. We assist with pre-arrival preparation, orientation, and provide 24/7 emergency support during the participant’s program in the U.S.
