  • Recent graduate (within the last 12 months) of culinary or hospitality studies.

This program complements your education with structured hands-on experience in hospitality and culinary jobs worldwide.

J1 Trainee Program

  • Culinary or hospitality graduate with at least 1 year of relevant work experience, or
  • Professional with 5+ years of experience in the industry (without a degree).

You’ll need a degree in culinary arts or hospitality, plus at least one year of relevant work experience, or a minimum of five years of experience in the food industry without a degree.
