Being immersed in the U.S. luxury jewellery market, which differs greatly from the European landscape I was used to, is constantly pushing me to adapt to a new business culture, customer expectations, and communication styles.
From the start, I’ve been given real responsibilities, which are helping me grow in confidence, decision-making, and independence.
